New Service Provider for Wintergreen Fund
Dear Shareholder:
We are pleased to announce that effective February 19, 2008, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC will become the service provider for Wintergreen Fund (the “Fund”). We believe these changes will offer you an improvement in the quality of service and greater convenience.
You are not required to take any action. These changes do not affect the status of your account or your investment in Wintergreen Fund.
Here is how the conversion will affect your Wintergreen Fund account:

Account Numbers – Your current Wintergreen Fund account number(s) will remain the same following the conversion.
Telephone Number and Website – The toll-free number for Wintergreen Fund, 1-888-468-6473, and our website, www.wintergreenfund.com, will remain the same.

Shareholder Service Hours – New Expanded hours
Shareholder service representatives will now be available from 8am to 8pm ET, Monday to Friday. After normal business hours, NAV and shareholder information will now be available by accessing our electronic voice response system.
Additionally, as previously communicated, if you have Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) or Coverdell Education Savings Accounts (ESA) with Wintergreen Fund, the new custodian is U.S. Bank N.A.
